Item Availability

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Checking your order status

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. You can always check the status of your order by signing into your account and then selecting the option order status/history. This screen will advise if your order has been fulfilled, shipped, or if it is being held. An email will also be sent to you for both order confirmation and order fulfilment.

Modifying your order

Please be advised that once an order has been placed you may be unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations. Sales Tax

GST (Goods and Services Tax) of 10% for all Australian orders only. No sales tax charged for international orders.

All goods will be despatched once payment has been validated.


Default currency is the Australian Dollar. The currency setting can be changed at the top right corner of the page above the shopping cart.


Shipping policy

Orders received before 3pm Monday - Friday EST (Eastern Time) will be processed within 24hrs pending item availability and Paypal/credit card verification. Orders placed after 3pm (EST) will begin processing the following business day (This excludes Saturday Sunday and Holidays). We do not offer Saturday delivery. We use Australia Post for all domestic orders and a combination of Australia Post and TNT Express for International orders.

Domestic Shipping

All Australian orders are shipped FREE of charge for orders of $50 and above.  Standard rate of $10 for orders under $50.

In most cases your parcel will be at your local post office waiting for you to pick it up.

Delivery time with Parcel Post is 2 business days in most areas, but may take up to 3-4 days.

Orders will not be posted until the payment has been cleared (this can take 1-3 working days in some cases). Therefore, please allow additional time if this is your case.

International Shipping

International orders that exceed $99 AUD in value are shipped FREE of charge.   We have dropped this significantly from $250 AUD to make our products more accessible.

For all orders under $99 AUD, a set fee of $25 AUD will be charged (USD $25, GBP £15, EUR €17).

International orders are shipped by TNT Express.

We do not cover taxes or duty on international shipments which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore we cannot predict what they will be. Please contact your local customs office for further information. 

International Orders TNT Express Courier Service (3 – 10 business days) Timeframes listed above indicate an estimated time that your order will arrive from the date it was shipped.


Any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. Creux Cycling cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. Please check with customs of your country to ascertain if any additional charges will be applied to your order.

If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be returned to Creux Cycling at our expense. We will then deduct that charge, as well as any additional customs charges, from the refund of the original purchase price.

Refused Shipments

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Creux Cycling, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to CreuxCycling.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

The CreuxCycling.com server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process. Returns / Exchanges

Return/Exchange policy

We stand behind out product and have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 7 days of receipt for domestic orders and 14 days for international orders. Returned items must HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached.

Returns that are not in original condition will not be accepted and you will be asked to pay postage to have it returned to you. You are free to choose a full refund, or exchange the item. If exchanging the item, postage for the new item will be free for domestic orders. All returned items should also be sent back to us with their receipt.

Can I return a sale item?

We realise that items don't always look the way they do on the models so we allow refunds on ALL our items. Please follow the steps above when returning a sale item. We also charge a processing/postage fee on all sale returns of $10.

When will my credit card be refunded?

Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.

How do I add to the shopping cart?

You can add to the shopping cart basket directly from the products thumbnail page or from the detailed page of a product. Next to the main image of every product there is a box titled "add to cart", within this box there will be a button which you can click on to add this item to the basket.

How do I know my item has been added to the shopping cart?

Once you have clicked on the "add to cart" button to place the item in your shopping cart basket, your page will refresh and the item will be added to your cart. You can then locate the shopping cart basket in either side columns of the online store or the link to "Edit Cart" in the top menu navigation bar. Your items will be listed in the basket, you can also edit them further from here.

How do I get to the checkout?

How do I create an account?

In the bottom of the website you will see a Login/Registration box. In this box you can click on the link to go to the secure log in or account creation page. Once you have created the account, you can use this for future purchases.

If you are a member with a discount for all purchases, you will need to log in first to ensure the discount is applied to your purchase.

I forgot my password.

On the edit page of your account, found via the "Members" box, there is a link called "Forgotten your password? Click here." This is where you can have your password emailed directly emailed to you.

Do you ship to my country?

To find out if we ship to your country, first fill your shopping basket and locate the shopping cart basket on the side column of this site. Within this shopping basket there is a link called "calculate shipping". Once you click on this link there is a drop down list of countries to choose from, if your country is listed then our online store will ship to you.
