If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 7 days of receipt for domestic orders and 14 days for international orders. Returned items must HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached.
Returns that are not in original condition will not be accepted and you will be asked to pay postage to have it returned to you. You are free to choose a full refund, or exchange the item. If exchanging the item, postage for the new item will be free for domestic orders. All returned items should also be sent back to us with their receipt.
NOTE: Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable.
Can I return a sale item?
We realise that items don't always look the way they do on the models so we allow refunds on ALL our items. Please follow the steps above when returning a sale item. We also charge a processing/postage fee on all sale returns of $10.
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
